the Rolling Stones and Stevie Wonder: lost album? I just read some reviews of the "lost" documentary Cocksucker blues over at imdb and heard one of the reviewers mention that the stones recorded a double album with stevie that was never released. Anyone know anything more about this. [Edited 9/16/05 10:44am]

[Edited 9/16/05 10:44am] Cocksucker Blues isn't "lost". It was just never officially released, although it is sometimes screened for the public. I saw it in London last December. It was great. Some of the shows from the 1972 US tour were recorded for a live album, which would have included the duet they played with their support act - Stevie Wonder - a medley of "Uptight/Satisfaction". The album was meant to have accompanied the release of either of "Cocksucker Blues" or their in-concert film, "Ladies & Gentlemen The Rolling Stones", but it never actually got beyond the drawing board as they decided to release new material instead. There are three sides to every story. My side, your side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each one differently
