has anyone heard the cd that's out by Dirty Vegas? i like that song in the car ad, so i was curious if anything else by them is cool?

oh man! no one knows about this group i guess...hehe, me included...they do that song "as days go by..." in that car ad with the girl doing dance moves in the car. i dig that song, and i seen they had a cd out at the cd store, but i didn't buy it because i wasn't sure if there were any other good songs besides that one? i'm not looking for genuis music. i just like the fun sound of it. it's the same reason i dig Moby.

Than you will enjoy Dirty Vegas. Just good dance tunes with an accoustic edge. Frankly...I believe they wrote and recorded these songs with accoustic instruments before remixing them with beats.

Just saw them live in L.A. and realized this!!!

Pick the album up...it's worth it...they're more than just a one-hit band!!!

I've only made it thru the cd twice, but I really like it...

good dance music that feels like it has a soul...it reminds me a lot of Everything But the Girl, in that the songs feel like they originated as good ol' accousitc/rock songs that have been morphed into strong dance tracks...

my mom just bought me the cd the other day and i've been listening to it...it's pretty good, i like it. it even has a song called "the brazilian" and it has a hidden track at the end of the cd too. it's not serious, serious music, but it fun, and it makes me happy...

I loved the song "Days Go By" the first time I heard it and saw the video on VH-1... and went to the store to buy the album, but it wasn't out then. Got the album the first week it came out-- it debuted at #7 in the Billboard's Album Chart, which means there many of us who dig this music! I love the concept of the video; that's what made me appreciate the song a lot; I think of the video when I hear it.

Last summer I enjoyed a vacation to Kuwait courtesy of the Air Force and Dirty Vegas was on European MTV all the time...I loved this song/video but when I got back to the States on 9/10 no one else had heard of it and I couldn't find it anywhere...So it was cool to hear it a few months ago in the stateside car commercial...A really cool video to match a cool song...I think alot of us can identify with the storyline of the video...
