Strange Brew performed by Cream "Strange Brew" by Cream always reminds me of a hippy funky late 60's song (i have no idea when the song was released back in the day) but I absolutley dig this song. I think Eric Clapton actually co-wrote it or something....but "sunshine of your love" is also very funky...it reminds me of that scene in Goodfellas when it is played and Robert DeNiro is planning a hit on one of the guys in his crew... Strange Brew & Sunshine of Your Love were cuts from...
...Disraeli Gears (1967) If you like the Strange Brew guitar playing style and would like to trace it to one of its roots... ...consider one of these releases from Albert King. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. As I recall, blues afficianados were calling Disraeli Gears "the great albert king tribute album" on the time of it's release

Weird lyrics on that to. Unique tune.
Tales Of Brave Ulysses is some dope shit. King Crimson seem to base alot of their sound on Cream.
