Which Is Your Favourite AMOS Album ?

and why?

my top 4 are:

Boys For Pele
Little Earthquakes
Under The Pink
Scarlett's Walk

"Caught A Light Sneeze" is probably still my favourite song by her.

"From The Choirgirl Hotel" because I think each song is strong and it works very well as a collective work. I love "Under The Pink", but the songs don't really 'gel' like they do on "Choirgirl". Plus, I absolutely adore "Playboy Mommy" and "She's Your Cocaine".

I feel compelled to give "Strange Little Girls" a nod too, particularly her take on "97 Bonnie & Clyde".

"Boys for Pele" is without a doubt her best album to date, it's got the
widest range of songs and covers so much ground it takes your breath if
you sit down to listen to it.

However, "Choirgirl Hotel" is my fav Tori album for many reasons, such
as what I went through when it was released, the atmosphere n artwork,
her own point of view in making this album. The video's, the stellllar
b-sides from the album.

So Pele best, Choirgirl personal fav.
and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Top four:

Little Earthquakes
To Venus And Back
Under The Pink
Boys For Pele

I like 'Little Earthquakes' the most because it's Tori reduced to her essence more so than any other record. There's a purity and innocence on that album that made my jaw drop when I first heard it and it moved me so much at the time that I began to search inside myself for those same qualities for a brief period.

The two albums I like the least are 'from the choirgirl hotel' and 'Strange Little Girls'.

Sorry. neutral

But I am liking 'Scarlet's Walk' and 'The Beekeeper' more now that I've given them a few more listens.

I have a special connection all of Tori's albums...they represent sometimes the mood and state of spirit I am at the moment..

The one that marked me more had 2 B this 1:

Hey Jupiter is maybe her masterpiece and the song that defines my lonelyness and sexual dilema I am at the moment!

I feel ya! Definitely one of her most important songs. Putting the Damage On is what does it to me.

That's the magic of Tori and her work...

Her tunes really connect with u and ur soul! few artists have that power! Thus the long following!

I only found this kind of intimacy with Kate Bush and Bowie (some his darkest tunes have this power!)

Is too hard to answer.

I had a huge response to her first four solo albums...

I cannot single one out.
