justin or usher?

i prefer justin. I think he has a much better range than usher, and his dance moves are sharper. Plus his songs are way more interesting. Really, I think justins come along way from NSYNC. With a little more work and a solid as fuck followup album, he could be on his way to being the next MJ. He sure has the star power.

As for usher...he is talented, and he's great as a dancer. However, his vocals arent outstanding. He has a good voice, but ultimately i think justin has better vocals. Plus, his songs are bland as fuck. From Confessions, the most interesting single is "Yeah", and even those beats were used before, LITERALLY. The rest of the singles that were released are typical r&b. Is that bad? Not really, but they just dont stick out.

I'll take "Like I Love You" and "Rock Your Body" over Usher's shit anyday.

I preferred justins singles to Ushers "confession" singles. Though I do own users eariler work (like I ever hear it mind)

Where is justin anyway? Is he doing a Jacko and building up hype? Like jacko, he has stayed in the public eye so his next album is obviously gonna be HUGE. Plus i heard he is doing movies. Which might be very lame.

Justin, if only for 'Like I Love You', that guitar riff beat..! And Justified sounds more fresh than anything Usher has ever done, although I kinda like 8701.
But I pick Justin, NO next MJ though. no no no!

They're both second-rate Michael Jackson clones with big egos and bland music.

I hate Justin's voice, and Like I Love You has dated quite a bit in just a couple of years - Pharrell ripped off his own work with Britney's Boys for that. He should stop trying to beatbox too, it's just laughable.

Usher's 'Confessions' (why the HELL was that so successful?) is probably worse than 'Justified' though. I bought it on the strength of '8701' and was really disappointed.

Dance wise I think they're both really overrated. They both just seem to love themselves.

Caught Up is probably the most bland up-tempo R&B song of the year. EVen that annoying OTT video couldn't make it interesting.

nod Never understood why they made a big dance video for such a boring song.

Thanks God nobody gives a shit bout neither Usher nor Jutin where I live.

By the way Usher is the better singer and dancer, Justin has the better album. Justified is kinda like a fucked-up Off The Wall. Cry Me A River is a fucked-up Who Is It meets Stranger In Moscow.

Well actually cry me river is a nice song

I'll come clean on this thread....I liked Justin's solo album. I've never liked Usher, and considered one of the most overrated artists of all time.

I do like Justin's song "Rock Your Body".It reminds me of 'Off The Wall'-era Michael Jackson.

Usher did go downhill with the Confessions cd. I thought before he had a few nice, solid r&b cds

Justin is a bitch. I can't stand bitchy ass men.

I did like rock ya body though.

They both suck personality wise. Usher is proving to be a real asswipe. Hopefully, they will both grow out of their arrogance.

Wasn't this comparison done already? Egads, they both suck but I'll go with Justin. I can actually sing to some of his songs. As for Confessions... 9 million people can be wrong. confused

I have this incessant hatred for Urshur since the release of "Confessions" and it hasn't gone away.

I think they are both crappy.

However if you had to pick..I'd go with Justin Timberlake. At least his ego is still reasonable. Usher's ego is very annoying. If I ever saw him in person, I'd be really tempted to trip him and remind him how nobody is as cool as he would like to think he is. razz

Justin Timberlake is average, he has a weak voice and isn't a natural dancer.

I think Justin Timberlake's music is better than Usher's but Usher has a better voice and is a slightlt better dancer even though he to isn't really a natural.

Justin Timberlake and Usher both think their the New Michael Jackson, but they aren't hugely gifted like Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson could amaze an audience at the age of only 11yrs with is amazing voice and awesome dancing when he first burst on the the music scene with The Jackson 5 in a way that both Justin and Usher will never beable to do.
