Highly spiritual albums and songs

Which albums / tracks come to mind when you are thinking of music influenced by a strong spiritual feeling that shines on the listeners ?

At first, I'm thinking of

- A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
- What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
- Lovesexy (Anna Stesia) by Prince
- Godspellised by David S. Ware
- TannhaĆ¼ser Overture by Richard Wagner

For some reason, "Lovers Rock" by Sade has that effect on me.

Most songs by The Innocence Mission.
That "Carpenter" CD by Natalie Merchant
A Love Supreme
Electric Ladyland, by and large
Divine Light: Reconstructions & Mix Translation - (Bill Laswell's reconstruction of Santana's album with Alice Coltrane)

A bunch of gospel/Christian CD's come to mind, so I'm just going to go with 2 I consider to be linchpins of that genre:

A Liturgy, a Legacy and a Ragamuffin Band -- Rich Mullins, and
The Spirit of David -- Fred Hammond

No, it's Christian Death Industrial, for real. Some of the most classic industrial music ever recorded.

Not a genre. "Death Industrial" is a genre, the brothers Mental Destruction just do it with pro-Christian lyrics. But anyway, Here's a taster for those with no better things to do!
