ok.. so this song has digested in me for around 5 days.. I prevented the tears at first.. but it hit me by the third day.. and I just couldnt hold it back


I havent had a song like this affect me in years..and it it just something that hits home.. Its very southern style, and the lyrics are reffering to someone he cares dearly about he wants to get in touch with.. I love this song dearly.. and the transitions and chord changes keep it interesting.. and its such a rich and excellent way of ending an album.. he sounds great lyricaly and vocally.. I just think paul nailed this song.. its virtually easy to pick out on the piano.. but something very complex to write.. due to the transitions.

I hope this song digest and ages well.. cause so far it was knocked me on my knees.. and im begging for more of this..

I think this has really been pauls most flawless album as a solo artist...

I dig this song because it conjurs up memories of my entire life.. Its so strange how some songs just nail the emotions that build up inside..

anyway.. enough ranting.. I recommend this album to anyone who enjoys well thought out compositions... cause this is it folks.

This album actually makes me reflect on the rest of his solo career.. and say.. "shit.. where have these songs been for so long?" This music is paul! and that is whats so strange it how it took someone thirty years younger than him to tame his sound and structure it out of him.. Thank God for nigel Godrich.. cause this album is bloody brilliant.
