Tuck And Patti. Anybody hip to this? This is quiet jazz done right. A decent female singer and a kick ass guitar player, make lovely soul jazz, that really gets you feeling a lot better about the world. I would start with their album Dream. They did do a Wendy And Lisa song.

I don't own any of their albums but I dig them. Tears of Joy was a favorite of mine for awhile. I love the cover of the Love Warriors CD. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

Wow, I've never heard anyone talk about them before. Most people have never heard of them. My husband had their Love Warriors tape when we got married in 1991. I played the heck out of Castles Made of Sand/Little Wing.

Me, too! Love Warriors was one of my theme records for my college period! I played the HECK out of that sucker...and Little Wing was one of my favorites on that recording.

Aside from having a beautiful and inspiring relationship their music is truly great. Tuck explains George Benson's picking technique on their website and his instructional video is a must for guitar players. My mother used to play their CD around the house all the time when I was little.
They did some awesome Hendrix covers. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.
