I just heard a track from the new Sigur Ros album ~ Takk (Thanks). Sorry to not have the title ~ the announcer said only it was from Takk and that the Ann Arbor concert was SOLD OUT! The music was stunning ~ a soaring compelling crescendo in the middle and toward the end with a Bjorkish "Music Box" melody. Very sublime and ethereal ~ can't wait to track down the full cd.

I bought the first single "Saeglópur" back in Aug...I love it!!! I love almost everything Sigur Rós does. They are amazing.

The album "Takk..." come out Sept 13th I believe.
