Didn't recognize her physically or musically.

I got the impression that Dr. Frankenstein has created an Ashlee Simpson clone with blonde hair.

She looks good, but her vocals have gone down. I was suprised that she even won a MTV award.

Not saying the look was necessarily bad, just so startlingly different that I had to ask my daughter who it was.

Am I the only one that liked her VMA performance? I thought it rocked. Sure, her voice wasn't the same, but I liked the rawness of it. She came off as more of a rock star than a pop diva. I dont get how people cant see any charm in that performance...

As for her new look,it's not really bad. Looks like she's going a bit Hollywood, but hey, if the look fits, why not?

I don't care for the blond hair. My main complaint with her performance was that she was yelling through the whole song. I was scared she'd jack up her voice with the show alone.

I think she looked better with the brown or what ever she had. There R too many blonde's out there singing, now she just fell in there with Spears, Simpson, Christina. Kelly Clarkson is just another face in the crowd with the blonde on stage now.

I don't follow Kelly's career and what she does is her own business.
It just so happened that I went to ask my daughter a question and she had the show on.
I heard this screaming and asked her who it was. She told me it was Kelly Clarkson.

The screaming is kind of a shame.
The last I remembered of her was on American Idol where she seemed to be able to sing.

I thought it was the best shes done yet, it may seem like shes selling out, but I think its the opposite. She seemed like she meant it, and like thst who she wants to be musically. I like her more than any of these other pop tarts around now. Which is ironic considering how she started.

I don't watch it, but the American Idol winners all seem like nice people.

I was a tad disappointed. Why must everyone go blond? I liked her old hair, old weight and old voice.

Yeah, I actually thought it was great too. Sounded like the imperfection and "screaming" matched the emotion of the song. She was rockin' it!

And I'm sorry, but brown hair or blonde hair, she looks gorgeous...
