Legendary Godfather of Funk, George Clinton will celebrate his 50th Anniversary as he joins with Parliament / Funkadelic for the P-Funk Nation Celebration. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, George Clinton & Parliament / Funkadelic, hailed as one of the top 10 Rock Bands of all time by Vibe Magazine, will rock The Greek Theatre with several special guests and many surprises.

George Clinton stands as one of the greatest innovators of urban based soul, rock and funk over the last fifty years. Clinton's career mirrors musical trends from doo wop to hip hop with landmark hits such as “Atomic Dog,” “Tear the Roof Off the Sucker (Give Up the Funk),” “Aqua Boogie,” “Flashlight,” and “One Nation Under A Groove.”

Does anyone know if this will be filmed for a possible DVD release? I, like many others, can't attend but would love to see it. cool
