Censorship is pretty wrong, but the "improved" Stripped cover looks better.

MADONNA-MICHAEL JACKSON
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AP) -- In a bizarre reaction to the
extradition of Ramzi Yousef, a suspect in the World Trade Center
bombing, Pakistan's small, but powerful religious party demanded
that American superstars, Michael Jackson and Madonna, be sent here
to stand trial as terrorists. ``Michael Jackson and Madonna are the

The funny thing is that our right wing hates them as well! Madonna is probably considered a terrorist by the O'Reily of the world for her stance against the war (before it even started). I beat that our right wings have a whole lot in common....

look, i'm not here to argue. i just think the tone of some of these posts is a bit disrespectful. i'm consistently surprised at the lack of respect shown to any religion or culture different from the westernized world...regardless of how pc some of you try to be.

if the statement doesn't apply to you then that's great (which, by the way, it wasn't directed towards you). those to whom it does apply know who they are.

well, being that i did use the ( lol ) emoticon and you said "laughter", it was a bit difficult to decipher who your post was intended for. shrug by the way, i'm not here to 'argue' either. biggrin

Let it be known that it was the conservative who said "then you wonder why people hate americans" as if killing us over this converstation is rational yet they have no complaints over how Americans are constantly fighting wars over oil or trying to displace the leaders that they put there in the first place...The pop star cover thins is what gets to them.

I would have no problem with what Saudi female pop star covers (in fact, I would be curious) look like but the way they alter the covers looks absurd (the covering of Kylie's entire body in blue swirls almost suggests she was naked on the original). All I know is Madonna wouldn't have any of this shit!

Well, since most releases in the Asian countries aren't legitimate releases, but bootlegs (and not in the same meaning as we discuss Prince's outtake "bootlegs" here - pirate copies) they have done all kinds of alterations to the album covers anyway. In Russia they often actually replace the cover photo with something that shows more flesh instead.

Russian perves! I had an idea that these probably weren't issued by an legitmate label. Guess I was right.

They could have just changed the jeans so that the shirt came down to the top of them. And I dunno... airbrush out the fly and tampon strings.
