SCOOP THAT! One of the best voices I've heard within the last 10-15 years. Very soulful, very gritty. She's Anthony Hamilton meets Aretha.

She is the real thing. Saw her live at North Sea Jazz and was impressed. Got her CD the next day and it's spinning in my CD player eversince.....
I really dig her version of "don't speak" (originally by No Doubt). | |

I'd say alot of the album is Uptempo. I love the first 8 trax I could just keep them on without skipping until then..maybe skipping one or 3 more..then it ends good too. A really good album!
