somethings should never be done at a concert..expecially if your a fat, hairy mid-four male... I don't think I was bothered by anyone during this show. In Anahiem all the gays on the floor were on their feet and singing the whole time. Only people who weren't were the straight couples who were there on dates. It was cute, but don't yell at me to sit down when you can't see. Get off yo ass cause the whole floor was up and i didn't pay 300USD to stare at someone's ass. It might not be part of the song after all and might be a clock meaning a countdown to when the album is coming out. I certaintly hope the single is at least "leaked" sometime this month. More reports from around the world are giving strength to the news that Madonna's " upcoming new single will debut as an instrumental tune before the full track will start being aired by radios in mid-october.
Several resident Dee-jays who spin in various clubs worldwide have been contacted by Warner Records and had a chance to hear an instrumental preview of the track, which is the same that is likely to be used in the Motorola commercial and be released as a downloadable ringtone. Sources close to Warner France told us that the clip does indeed contain a sample from Abba's "Gimme Gimme" as recently rumoured. Warner is also looking forward to release an instrumental promo only vinyl to be distributed soon - the idea is to repeat on a larger scale what the album producer Stuart Price has tested during the past months, letting the audience of his various dee-jay sets hear instrumental/dub previews of the songs he was working on with Madonna at the moment. It is not know yet if this 12" promo will be released as a white label or explicitely labelled as "Hung Up - Instrumental Mix". The video for "Hung Up", Madonna's first single from her "Confessions on a Dancefloor" LP, is currently set to be directed by photographer/director David LaChapelle. "Principal photography" is TENTATIVELY scheduled for thursday September 15th. Madonna of course will be there. Two options are still under discussion for the plot, with the definitive to be chosen today in a meeting. The Team is leaning for the one that features a club scene.
As for the photoshoot for "Confessions on a Dancefloor" by Steven Klein, it has more than a retro-ultra modern theme. It's actually difficult to describe. Very bright and "Happy". This is the most accurate description. Mo is definitely in the mood to dance, when you hear the first single you will be as well. When you will hear "Confessions" album, you will realize that 2005-2006 will be The year for Madonna. It will take quiet an LP to surpass this. The buzz around Warner it is, without a doubt, her best work yet. If you think you know dance, Madonna has redifined it. Madonna has changed the face of dance music. This LP is very special. There isn't a bad track to be found. Every song is a potential single. That is the amazing thing about this one. Usually, fans found her other albums predictable in the sense that it was somewhat simple to pick what songs would be potential singles. I JUST HEARD A CLIP OF THE NEW SINGLE "HUNG UP"!!
It was less than a minute.The song is very fast....sounds like a retro-80s New Wave song.It is reminiscent of "Burnin Up".Alot of synths and a fast dance beat.And those lyrics posted above are correct because I heard Madonna sing... tick tick tock it's a quarter to two  | |

I've just listened to both clips and I have to say i found it immediately catchy, although i agree im not 100% convinced. Im probably the worst person to judge as i like very little music when i hear it first time round, particualrly just a clip of it. I remember when Music leaked 4 months before it was released, i really didnt like it at all, now i fucking love it. Im gonna reserve judgement until i hear it in good quality and the full version. | |
