Fuck me, any one with a passing interest in the new album will take one look at that and run for miles, that cover is horrendous. Amazon are probably undoing all that good pre-publicity with this one action alone. People will simply think that horse riding fall was slightly more severe than reported.

Thanx to drownedMADONNA.com. SOUNDS BRILLIANT!!! I love the idea. Let's hope it's gonna turn out this way!

The definitive draft for Madonna's new video is going to be decided these hours.
Drownedmadonna can reveal one of the most interesting plot picked for the video, which hopefully will be used.
London is the scenario
Our girl in a english townhouse is bored ( " time goes by so slowly ") and decides to leave.
Her people ( even bodyguards) look for her, but Madonna plays a " catch me if you can" game. The sharp angles and the pans of which we told you days ago will be used by cameras to give a feeling of pursuit ; a second woman – dressed exactly like Madonna – will be seen stealing into the center of the group.

At one point , Madonna is seen , surprisingly among common people dancing her routine.
People from the street will have for sure actual reactions, wich are supposed to be filmed by hidden cameras!
Apparently the club scene is not a must , but a lot of well know places in and outside London will be indeed seen.
Madonna will even jump on top of a double decker.
A wig is under consideration as well as " stopping the music" for few seconds.
In the end a lot of people will dance to Madonna in what looks to appear a sort of big street party, with acrobatic moves.. you know "music makes the people come together" .

Keep in mind this is NOT DEFINITIVE.

BTW, has anybody seen the actual Motoloa Commerical. It played on "The Simpsons" and they do play a little bit of the song. It sure sounds different (probably better quality).

I can believe I'm gonna say this:

I talked with a guy that works at the production company that's gonna produce the video and he confirmed me that there are 2 version of Hung Up: a fast and slower beat...

saw it. didn't like it. she looks really stupid. i don't want to see her slutted up, but her image was way too reserved if she's going to be pushing a "no ballads, no messages" type of dance album. way too "Rhythm Nation" looking. plus, the whole thing looked very drab. straight out of the Frozen video.

Yeah, there must be two different versions of "Hung Up".The first two clips I heard were VERY fast. But in recent days,I have heard the slower clip.Who knows how the single will sound when it is officially released? For all we know, one of these versions could be a remix.

Yeah, the letter "O" in "Madonna" is a stylised disco mirror-ball.

I haven't really been interested in her since Edward closed the 'Rama but I'm getting sucked in again.

'Hung Up' in it's "fast" incarnation is unashamedly Hi-NRG. It's very British-sounding.

It's the first time that ABBA have ever given clearance to a sample of their music being legally used too.

well, the industry is "hurting" so i would not be surprised if they rely on their big, lasting names to get into the public's pocketbook. there will definitely NOT be a repeat of american life's fate this time.

True words you have said!

That's why major labels maintain or re-sign artists with proven sucess in the past. Guess Cyndi Lauper is a fine example!
Also Madonna maintained her magic touch (AL was magical...at least in Europe...guess I hate American!) over the years!

theres no way she could ever get a 1985 type comeback or ever be as big as she was in the 80's, maybe more like a ray of light type one

a new bit in my favorite online gossip rag:

>> Hang up your mic, Madonna <<
Gwen has Madge running scared

Madonna has recorded a new single, Hung Up,
She played it to a friend recently who said,
"Its quite Gwen Stefani isn't it?"

Madonna's reply? "That cunt's been stealing
from me for the last ten years so I thought
it was about time I paid her back".

Sadly her reply is better than the record.
Hung Up is less Gwen Stefani, more
Dannii Minogue.
