There's absolutely nothing to make you wanna move. All you can do is just sit there and listen without so much as a tap of the foot. As far as lyrics go, that's the only thing they are contributing. When I ask kids today "How the hell can you like that shit", they say "listen to what they are saying...listen to the words". Fuck what the words are saying, give me something that makes my ass want to shake. This shit's too damn slow. gray king if u aint noticed yet vains thang is the funk and nothin but the funk. he pretty much shits on anything that aint funky (vain dont take that as a diss, just an observation ) Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

Thanks for noticing. Now stop worrying about it and go directly to one of the sites that are linked in my signature. Ant-zen if you are feeling trendy, and Cold Meat for rainy days. I am too busy listening to fantastic new music that I really haven't noticed the music is shit these days. If people wouldn't tell me all the time it is, I prolly would think otherwise.

However, I also love disco, rock, new wave, and house. I even like old school rap, which by the way, was a much faster tempo than today and many of the songs were made from the ground up with no samples. As far as drum machines go, I have never had a problem with them if they have some power to them and sound good. I'm the one that prefers the "old Prince" with drum machines and synthesizers over the "live band" Prince remember? Anyone with ears knows that the drum machines on the "1999" album pound far more powerful than the soft "tappers" of today. These drum machines today sound like they were bought for about $50 at K-Mart. Andy is a four letter word.
