WOLFSHEIM

so i'm listening to my ipod now,and this old wolfshiem song put in..i was wonder does anyone like this band,i only like one song so far and its oh this is for love,i havent been able to get into them that much,they seemed like a futuristic version of depeche mode,expect more romantic,and less cold.

Rather funny , btw that you know that band and i don't , since Germany is our neighbour country (Holland) smile

funny you should say that..becuase wolfsheim is orginally from germany..i believe frankrust or frankfrust..this a rumor i heard you see..sorry if i mispell it wrong.

i love The Sparrows and the Nightengales, but that is the only Wolfsheim track I'm familiar with.

There is one song of them I quite like. Forgot the title. I think the singer has a very good voice but unfortunately the lyrics are quite ridiculous.

I just checked their homepage and it says they are from Hamburg, not Frankfurt. Anyway I really like that Witt/Heppner song "Die Flut" which happened to be a huge hit in Germany nod

Their album 'Spectators' is really good. It's one of the few European synthpop albums that I can listen to all the way through.

I also have their best-of compilation from a few years back '55578' which isn't bad. But like someone else said, since English isn't their first language, the lyrics tend to be a bit crude at times.
