Xanadu hands down.

Though the soundtrack to E.T. and Purple Rain are right up there among my faves

I think I will add Tender Love from the Crush Groove Soundtrack. This song was a classic from the Force MD's.

you guys may not like Whitney but that doesn't take away the fact that "I Will always Love You" is probably one of the best songs evr sung. Whitney is just a powerhouse on this track , her vocals are absolutely superb and she puts so much feelings and emotions into this song it's really a masterpiece.

btw Peter cetera sucks fart barf

All bullshit aside, you are speaking truth. Whitney vocal performance on the Bodyguard soundtrack was on point no doubt. So all the haters out there can keep hating.

Whitney is a good singer - there's no denying that. But she oversang this song so severely that it becomes unbearable. She should have stuck to the subtle vocal style of Dolly's original. I love the way Whitney's version starts out, and really do not like the glass-shattering ending. Run to You and I Have Nothing are great songs and are more fit for that style of singing.

There too many to pick.

Mo money, purple rain, dirty dancing, boomerang, boyz in the hood, and so on. Can't pick.

Favorite soundtrack song? Too hard. Favorite soundtrack? For me, it has to be:

Ready to Wear (Pret-a-Porter)

1. Here Comes The Hotstepper - Ini Kamoze

2. My Girl Josephine - Supercat

3. Here We Come - Salt-N-Pepa

4. Natural Thing - M People

5. 70's Love Groove - Janet Jackson

6. Jump On Top Of Me - The Rolling Stones

7. These Boots Are Made For Walkin' - Sam Phillips

8. Pretty (remix) - The Cranberries

9. Martha - Deep Forest

10.Close To You - The Brand New Heavies

11.Keep Givin' Me Your Love - CeCe Peniston

12. Get Wild - The New Power Generation

13. Supermodel Sandwich - Terence Trent D'Arby

14. Lemon (perfecto mix) - U2

and I give honorable mention to "To Wong Foo Thanks For Everything Julie Newmar"
