I was just wondering about artists who have yet to have a hits collection and Melissa, Mary J, and Faith Hill were the first names that came to mind as artists who've had a crop of legitimate radio hits...I was please to hear that Ethridge will be releasing THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED this October...It will include more than a dozen hits and 4 new songs including her gut-wrenching cover of Janis Jopin's 'Piece of My Heart' and Petty's 'Refugee' and 2 other new songs.....

Personally I'd love her version of Joan Armatrading's 'Weakness In Me' on this collection simply because it's breathtaking.

Anyway...listen to it on the link below and see what you think...I think it's great...It's speaks of what she's been through and Melissa is one of those artists who can make any song her own. If you dont belive me watch this years Grammy's...MY LAWD...I'm still not over that!
