The Pia Zadora duet is "When The Rain Begins To Fall" I believe. Do What You Do is Jermaine solo. It was the second single from his self titled 1984 album. The b-side was the famous duet with Michael, "Tell Me I'm Not Dreamin' (Too Good To Be True)", which was supposed to be the first single from the album (before "Dynamite"), but was blocked by Michael's label.
