what I HATE about ITunes!!

The service is great for the most part - I'm all in... got the friggin' IPod, ITunes, loading all my albums in the muufucka. headbang BUT there's some things that just ain't right! For instance...

  • Some albums only have ONE song from the album... or FOUR songs from the album whofarted I'm looking for "I'm Housin'" by EPMD & all they have from the Strictly Business album is "You Gots Ta Chill" neutral I want "Whoo Haa" by Busta Rhymes, they have the album but only 4 songs on it whofarted whofarted

  • Every Scarface song is fucked up, plays like a 45 on 33 speed omfg

  • Shit is just incomplete. There's a Mos Def song on the Biker Boyz soundtrack that sounds pretty cool but these muthas don't have that soundtrack AT ALL.

  • They don't catalogue every cd by popular artists. Maybe it's some licensing issue I just don't know about but I'm more interested in Pac's early stuff (I Get Around, Dear Momma) than I am his recent stuff but they don't have it. WHY?

  • I still prefer the CDs but I would like to have the b-sides and different mixes from CD singles and DVD singles. There's still so few of those sad

  • You see music available in iTunes USA but NOT in MY shop mad

  • There's this Greatest Hits CD by an artist you have everything on CD. So you decide to buy only the new 2 songs on the album ...and you can't. You have to pay for the whole album mad

  • There's NO free downloads on the Spanish store pout

Or even worse, some albums with interludes, or comedy albums with very short tracks around the 30 second count, you have to pay for!

I just stated using it and I think the most obivious complaint is....why can't you hear a sample first? You have no idea what you're downloading! Also, the selection could obiviously be better. They really should include all in print Cds from a terrority if possible. The international borders suck (I want imported songs) for everybody (some people that want to download Donna Summer's exclusive to Itunes song can't). It has issues. I got a few songs from there and now I think I'm finished with my interest in it unless it gets better soon.

I agree about the international restrictions. I don't see why we can't all have the same selections.

There is a problem with licensing though. I hear Madonna doesn't support the practice of being able to download individual tracks instead of the whole album, so none of her albums are available to legally download - a bit shit really after her whole "What the fuck do you think you're doing?" stunt for American Life.

I just buy the cd,pop it in and copy which songs I want.
Itunes has many little bugs that add up and I can't afford it sometimes.

That or...cough limewire,ares,kazaa cough. neutral
