What are some good Eddie Hazel songs?

I have only found two: Maggot Brain and From The Bottom Of My Soul.

'What About It'

A great rendition of 'California Dreamin'

To me, his masterpiece is 'Super Stupid'

Sheeeet...ALL of them are good. Eddie was one of the few guitarists that could funk and roll. Even the studio work he did for other people was hittin'. I like all of his stuff.

"Good To Your Earhole" - Eddie's flowing on this cut..Buddy Miles is on the drums..Kinda like the "new" Band Of Gypsys.

"Comin' Round The Mountain" - A monster jam and Eddie's extended solo rips. Buddy plays on this one too.

"Hardcore Jollies" - Another monster jam.

"Standing On The Verge"..The whole LP..Eddie was co-writer on all the songs and some his best playing is on here. "Alice In My Fantasies" is pure Funkadelic metal and "Red Hot Mama" has his soaring playing on here too. A must have.

"Free Your Mind" - The whole LP..right up there w/ Jimi and Zep.

..my all time fave song-solo with Eddie is "Whatever Makes My Baby Feel Good" off of "Up For The Downstroke". His wah-wah solo rips..it's like listening to gospel. "Prescence Of A Brain" is great..Eddie was a great singer too.

..sorry I rambled, but I'll always carry the torch for "Smedly".

The other version from the track From The Bottom, We Tree is better in mine opinion.

It may be an obvious one for some, but the whole Maggot Brain album, including what many consider the song that nearly ruins an otherwise perfect album, Wars of Armaggedon, features some great eddie playing. Hit It and quit it is one of my favorites.

Yes Eddie was the shit. Speaking of studio work check out the Temptations Shaky Ground with Eddie on Guitar & Billy Bass Nelson from Funkadelic on Bass.

Sorry for what? Telling the truth? Funk is for sharing!
I hope those who aren't hip to "Smedley", read these posts. He deserves it.
