I've never heard it but I can't imagine Brandy bringing on any kind of funk. Andy is a four letter word.

Decent song. You're Making Me High by Toni Braxton sounds a lot like it. I wouldn't call it funky, but it's pretty good.

I couldn't download the link so I listened to a sample on the Tower Records website. Too midtempo and I don't like the drum machine, it reminds me of hip hop. I recognized the song once I heard it. The drums and the bass line are the first things to catch my ear when I hear a song for the first time. If those aren't to my liking, the song doesn't stand a chance with me. I was heavy into the house music of the early 1990s but then it started turning into techno, which is actually too fast. You should see the people dancing on the floor to it nowadays, they are hopping around like rabbits on speed. Andy is a four letter word.

I used to hate techno when it first surfaced...too damn fast. now its very different, and the line between techno and house are very thin these days. but I still prefer house... tribal house Good morning Ladies & Gentlemen,

Fake-ass classical sounding, rapid drum machine programming over the tempo of 135BPM marking, perdictible synth notes via MIDI playing, drug-infested, bullshit electronic genre!!! EDIT: spell check. WAAAY too thin. You hit the nail right on the head with the word "thin". I love a good beat with a good tempo, whether real drums or drum machines, it doesn't matter. But, if it's a drum machine, it has to beat with just the right strength for my liking. Also, on the other end of the spectrum, some drum machines beat entirely too hard and if you raise the volume, all you hear is drums and bass and the rest of the song is grounded out.
