Your fave Ohio Players ballads I've been listening to all of this bands back catalog and i came to the conclusion that when it comes to ballads Ohio Players were simply unbeatable and no other funk or soul act came close to them. After much deliberation i picked my top three ballads.

The obvious choice is "I Want To Be Free", but for me, my fave hands down is "It's Your Night/Words of Love" off of their Skin Tight album. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."

That was sure special times 4 the Ohio Players.The way Sugarfoot sings on that 1!!!!! & when they start laughing in the background is prizeless!!! Also another favourite must be "Alone". & "It's all over"....& "I want to be free" etc etc
