Hi, can u please tell me why stevie wonder's albums like music of my mind talking book and others are not benn certificated by riia??? they were very successfulon the charts but they are not platinium or gold why? ( sorry 4 my english)

Motown didn't like paying to have their artists certified. Plus, dodgy accounting practices. Rumour has it that Berry Gordy was holding back the actual sales & shipping figures for a lot of artists so they didn't know they were being ripped off.
