it's an okay video, but not one of their best.Basically,it just shows Jay and the band at a picnic on a hot summer day.

I "discovered" Jamiroquai in their fullest a few years back and was really psyched about the release of Dynamite. I think it's a really fun album. My favs are:

Feels Just Like it Should
Seven Days
Love Blind
Tallulah
Black Devil Car

The low points for me are the title track (if I hear one more "Dynamite" chant I'm going to ralph) and Electric Mistress.

I've read some reviews of Seven Days saying that the track belongs in a toothpaste commercial, but I have to say, I'm hooked on it. Jay's vocals are totally killer and it sounds completely unlike anything else on the album (or on the last couple albums, for that matter).

I would also ask for a bit more creative song titles...we've got

"Feel So Good" from A Funk Odyssey
and
"Feels Just Like it Should" from Dynamite, two track 1's, no less

and

"Cosmic Girl" from Travelling Without Moving
and
"Electric Mistress" from Dynamite...

I don't want to hear "Solar Powered Honeybun" on the next album...

For any P fans out there looking to sedate themselves while P gets another release together, Dynamite will do the trick overall. music

"Dynamite" is out in the US today exclusively in the iTunes music store, BTW. The official CD release date isn't until September for US fans.

As much as I love "Starchild",I think it's too disco-y to become a single.Unfortunately,it seems that their disco-styled songs never do well as singles (at least not here in the U.S.).A better strategy would be to release songs like "Love Blind" and "Black Devil Car",two tracks that add a little rock to the mix."Seven Days In Sunny June" has the most potential to become a worldwide smash hit.

That jumps back to the poppy stuff but BDC might make it seeing as everybody and they momma loves rock tinged stuff at the moment in the US.
