Some days, I like funk ballads better than the more uptempo funk numbers. I'd Rather Be With You is one of the best of it's genre. The other two cuts are good (particularly What's a Telephone Bill), but they can't compete. As in "I Love You" is also good. But I'd Rather... is a perfect song if you ask me. It's a smooth song, but that bass kinda lurches it along.
