Brian McKnight is dating a Tranny! I heard people talking about Wendy Williams blowing the cover on Brian McKnights personal life on her show this week. So I went over to her website and messageboard and basically Wendy had this Transvestite on her show who admited she had been dating him for 5 years! Wendy made these claims 2 years ago but couldn't prove it because she couldn't get the tranny to talk so now that Brian and her have broken up she's talking! Man this tottaly shocked me

shame on the "tranny" for reducing her relationship to grist for shock jock rumor bs. what SOS said was right on - sometimes you fall in love with what's between the ears and not with what's between the legs. i've known several heterosexual people who have been in relationships with a TG person, and it doesn't make them gay. in fact, most TG folks, once they start to identify and manifest the gender they want to be, consider themselves to be heterosexuals of that gender.
i wish this "scandal" were more about educating people about what it means to be transgendered, rather than to trot out the ol' circus freak for another big celebrity shock. yawn. | |

But wasn't the real drama that BMcK wanted the tranny to remove his penis so he could marry her/him? The whole reason she was contacting Wendy was because s/he didn't know what to do because she didn't want to have the operation. Wendy said keep your penis and keep the money you've received and end the relationship because a)you can't get your penis back b)he's abusive and c) he cheated on his wife with the tranny for years so why would he treat him/her any better?

But let's not play word games here. it's not a word game, it's a matter of perception and also a matter of what a person really truly feels he or she identifies as. some people are born with the genitals of one gender and the hormones of the other. some people are born hermaphroditic and are operated on to be "fixed" into one specific gender, yet later on in life that person may feel as if the doctors made the wrong choice. other cases are far more subtle. some people just like to consider gender to be fluid, and they'll go back and forth throughout life. gender is not always as black and white, either/or as you may think. trust me on this. | |
