Kewl New Hendrix Bio

For those who dig all things Jimi.

"Room Full Of Mirrors - A Biography Of Jimi Hendrix. By Charles R. Cross"

It's a good book. It has stuff I haven't read in other Hendrix Bios.

Liiiiike?

Examples please. What makes it a better book than the previous ones? What was the writer's angle? Does he have an angle? Or does he just keep to the 'facts'?

This ain't NPR.

Read it and see if there is info that is new to you also.
It will be a kewl discovery process if you are into Jimi.

More details about his childhood.
His time before England. It's not a cut and paste bio with rehashed quotes.
I don't see any "agenda" from the Author.
He sticks with facts without doing David Henderson or Curtis Knight B.S.

Is it true that he has a child out there somewhere? If so has anyone see him/her? Or does anyone have a picture they can post?

this is the same man who wrote the latest "official" cobain bio, "heavier than heaven". some people believe he painted too nice a picture of courtney love in that book. in any case, i may be interested in this book as "heavier than heaven" was a decent read.

The book claims he has a daughter and a son. The son lives in Sweden and received a million dollars from Al Hendrix in a settlement.
