Davideye, you should be all about this!

Any fan of Donna that has been waiting for a full new album needs to get over to her new website, which is up and running. It has four sound clips from the rumored "Angel" CD and there is news that one of them, "I Got Your Love" (a song featured on "Sex and the City", will be on Itunues later in the month! I predict a new CD soon but there is no news of that on the site or from any fan stuff I've read. I would honestly be shocked if "Angel", or something with these tracks and a non remixed verison of "You're So Beautiful" will come out soon. According to something I read "I Got Your Love", easily the best of the new songs which are all good (can't say I don't dislike any of them but "Got" is very sexy and funky). Post comments.


Spoilers:


"Adonai" is a dance pop song with chanting male background vocals. It's not very over the top, kind of simple.

"I Got Your Love" is thrilling and pulsating. Donna sounds very young but not immature. Dare I say Britney if she knew and could sing better... Maybe a bit of a ninties throwback.

"Valley Of the Moon" sure sounds like Metro (more like Cher's "Living Proof" than "Believe) in sound and lyrics. "I found out that love is a circle..."

"Only Words" is a heartpouring classy old school R&Bish sounding song. Slightly funky but a bit AC.

I've been listening to these samples for maybe about two hours....I can't wait for an album...I hope she just releases "Angel" with little to no fanfaire and then does a new album.
