GEEZ!!!!!
I was about 8 or 9 when that song came out(I am 47 now!!LOL)!!!!! All I remember regarding them was that they all hailed from Australia and through various transitions and member changes they eventually became The New Seekers, who exploded onto the world music scene with a song that was used in a Pepsi commercial, I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing!! Georgie Girl is the only song I remember from the original Seekers, but I know they had a few more hits!! [Edited 7/11/05 22:09pm]

I'll Never Find Another You was probably their only other big tune in the States.

They've toured here in New Zealand recently. It was like a 35 year anniversary tour or something. The Carnival is Over was another song of theirs which was kinda well known. They may not have remained very successful in the States but they have worked continuosly outside. Never thought I'd be talking about The Seekers on the org
