Anyone remember this rap group? "freezin' 'em" dropped in that transtional year of 1991. Fast rap which often = corny rap. As in this case.

Still "groove ya" is good fun. Production is tight. Much like MC skat kats album of that same year. Tight cold ass beats with corny ass raps. "Skat strut" kicks hard. U remember that right? It sampled EWM on the chorus.

i thought the idea of a cartoon cat rapper with the word "scat" in its name was creepy the first time around.
