Eric B. and Rakim I've been seeing this Nike commercial lately that play's Eric B and Rakim's "Check the Technique". I've always wondered what song and group they sampled the music from... Anyone here know?

What element?
well since you asked where the "music" is from, I'm not sure... I know the drums on Eric B. & Rakim's "Don't Sweat The Technique" is from Kool And The Gang's "Give It Up". [Edited 7/11/05 8:55am]

Everytime I beat somone in the arcade or at baseketball in the early 90's I would say "Don't Sweat The Technique" [Edited 7/11/05 10:32am]
