Ashanti has a wonderful voice, but the only problem is everything she makes sounds like a fucking remake. Much of her songs use recycled hiphop beats, which were sampled as well. How many times are they gonna kept using Scarface's beats for her albums? "Baby" was a good song, and its alright if she used the word "baby" excessively in the song since that was the name of it, but why do it in every other song?

I actually think shes's alright. She's not the best singer in the world but at least she will sing live instead of always relying on pre-recorded tracks and at least she sings about more than the "VIP" room at the club and popping bottles and how good her stuff is!! | |
