ESTHERO - IN CONCERT- THE FILMORE I just got back from seeing ESTHERO in concert. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I can't even start to mention how many songs she did. One of her backup singers, TOYA ALEXIS, opened up for her. She's releasing an album of her own this month. She was incredible also.
It really is great to see great live music with real singers and real horn sections. We all know about that since we love Prince. Check her out even if you haven't heard any of her music. I saw her on some late night TV doing a swing/jazz kinda song. I didn't expect that. Very cool. | |

I just got back from L.A. My best friend and I decided to go see ESTHERO again on Saturday at the AVALON THEATER in L.A. We had a blast. Friday's concert was better. She sang two more songs. JOEY, a Concret Blond song and SUPERHERO (acapella). It's really horrible that no one knows who she is.

I was standing next to a guy that had heard her 2 days prior on some radio show. He went out and bought her 2 albums and her e.p. He loved the show.
