It's fun recording again, even if they are just recordings of a man who can't really singing laying out recording guidelines. Guidelines for who? For what?! And what do you mean: "recording again"?! What have you recorded before? FREE THE 29 MAY 1993 COME CONFIGURATION!

It's fun recording again, even if they are just recordings of a man who can't really singing laying out recording guidelines. Guidelines for who? For what?! And what do you mean: "recording again"?! What have you recorded before? Ermm. Yes. Recorded. Never released though. My first dabblings in recording ended up with one of my recordings being played at the funeral of the guy I recorded with. It kinda kicked me back in the recording closet. Back in the day he was my demo-mate. Just lately, after slowly crawling out of a years long depression not too many people would understand, I found myself laying down tracks again. Like I said, it is just guidelines to what are supposed to become songs. I can't sing, I can't play instruments. Last time I dabbled in music was whilst in Paris, where I produced a fedgling band that, like many fedgling bands, went down under in a spray of "hey! it's summer, screw rehearsing!"-mode just after I thaught them how to play Moonbeam Levels and Databank, hehehe. I haven't been looking for a recording buddy again after my friend died, not really, but always kept it on the back of my mind. With technology the way it is, I can now record stuff on my cimputer that I can later use as guideline to somewhat more substantially. The recording I was listening to is just a voice track of me beatboxing the beat and singing the chorus of a new song that just popped up two days ago, which is one of the reasons I was listening to it. When I was younger I had no recording possibilities, but these days I can record whatever comes up in my mind. Back in the day I could come up with a great groove, write a lyric to go along with it and then forget the melody, just leaving me the lyric. Only if a song was powerful enough to remember I was left a total song; music, melody and lyric instead of just the last of the three. My past delivered my about 500 lyrics, of which just about 80 are actual songs, containing the three ingredients of what I consider a song. I am not even counting the many scribbles I gathered on slabs of paper... iamwaytoodrunkandhonesttobepsotingbutiamanywaysbutitleavesmeincapableoftypingsimplewordslikePARIS(pars)-edit [Edited 7/9/05 17:26pm]

PS, I am SO sorry, Jon, for not giving you MY cellphone nr. I went to work, as I said I would, but forgot my freakin phone cuz I was running a fever in the morning and I was just happy I left home and remembered to bring my bleedin' keys. So I could not call ya, then needed a beer desperately after work, had my sweet, dear friend Barry (also a colleague) drag me to Gay Central, where we bumped into many friends.... It's now 2:31 am and I just got home like 20 minutes ago. I am still drunk in a nice way, two cats rubbing me cuz they want food and listening to my Parlet downloads. Impossible to call you. No phone credit. Will try paging you by internet coverage NOW....

Your ways of quoting irritate me.
Stop it. Prince The Voice Inside What a stoopid song. I play these things to remind me how genius his other work is.
