The album is a fine light pop disc which, becuase of radio, only saw it's two hip hop influenced singles shot up the charts to the point of oversaturation (and this probably misleads the buyer who are expecting more songs about shit and bananas or at the very least more hip hop sounding songs). The fact is that the album is selling well and the public is eating it up. I don't think she sees this as a mistake and apparently there is talk of another solo album (she mentioned the left overs from the LAMB sesssions but didn't they say Beyonce was going to do that as well after her first solo albumw as a hit?...). I don't think she will be taking your advice. | |
