Prince's SNOOZE puts me to sleep faster and better than arsenic ever could. There are three sides to every story. My side, your side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each one differently

I used to put something on before bed all the time growing up. And then I started to have Cee's problem where it was just too much stimulus and would keep me up. I'd be anticipating the next song, thinking about the lyrics, whatever, etc. But lately, I've been enjoying my iPod quite a bit. I'm good for about 4-5 songs and just as I'm starting to drift off, I put it down and then go to sleep. Works like a charm most nights.

Me too. But if I did use music to send me off to Magic Pixie Land, I would imagine that anything by UB40 would do the trick quite nicely. Except One In Ten, cos I like that one.
