Santeria is kind of like Voodoo, I think. Sublime is a great tragedy. He was already declining & an addict before they even made it. [Edited 6/28/05 17:18pm] Check this song out at:

I love Sublime.  Santeria started out as a favorite of mine, but I gradually worn it out the point where I can barely listen to it now. 40.oz to Freedom and their self titled are pretty good.To all my little Hulkamaniacs, say your prayers, take your vitamins and you will never go wrong. | |

It's basically just a bunch of remixes and a few unreleased songs. 40oz To Freedom is a classic album. So many quality tunes on there...Great rockin' party music. Bad Fish, Let's Go Get Stoned, Date Rape, Ball & Chain...this was THE album of the summer for me from about 94 to 96. I like their last album almost as much. Shame Brad died so young...dude was one hell of a guitar player and singer...he was just getting started. | |

and what is even sadder is that a few of the original members are now in a band called Long Beach Short Bus and they suck....in fact there is a sublime cover band out there and i forget their name but from what i hear they are better than Short Bus | |
