I am a big fan of Breath from Another. I've had the album for about eight years now, and I still put it on pretty regularly. When that album came out, I was into similar artists like Mono, Sneaker Pimps and Morcheeba. I listened to the We R in Need of a Musical Revolution EP when it came out, and I didn't like it. I was hoping for something similar to the previous record. I'm gonna take a listen to this one tomorrow, but I'm not gonna purchase it without hearing it all the way through first.

Maybe becuase Doc didn't produce any of the material that was on her EP. You can listen to her new songs at her website. I liked the songs that they had posted.

If you haven't already got it, you should check out Breath from Another. You're a fan of Res, right? Same producer for both of those albums, and they share a similar sound.

That Girl
Country Livin' (The World I Know)
Lounge
Half a World Away
Breath from Another

They're all good. There was also a remix of Country Livin' (The World I Know) on the Slam soundtrack that had Goodie Mob on it.

I've listened to about 5 or 6 of the tracks, and to my surprise I do like it. It's different enough from her last album to stand out, but shares enough in common with it that I still enjoy it. Doc does produce a good number of the tracks. The Sean Lennon number is kinda cute.

I had the most kick ass brainfart moment with this chick. Sometimes I get so much music that I kinda lose track of what I've bought and finally delve into a CD weeks or even months later.

Well one day I had bought Esthero's Breath from another but it got lost in the shuffle and I forgot that I had bought it. Then one day I was looking for a house CD that I bought and I had all kinds of CDs out of their cases and in a booklet and grabbed what I thought wa the House CD to discover this kick ass CD and I couldn't identify it. I was like omg Who is this, how long have I had it and why haven't I been listening to it before!? It was the Esthero CD I bought months prior. What a great surprise it was cuz I reveled in that CD all day long nod
