Read any Neil Peart (Rush) books? I didn't realize that Rush drummer Neil Peart has written five books! Two are about drumming, but more interesting are the other three. I'm not sure how they'd be classified: travel narrative, memoir, philosophy? Has anyone here read any of those three? I'd be interested to hear what you thought of them. Go to amazon (either www.amazon.co.uk the Uk version or www.amazon.com in the US) to read reviews from people who have read these. I was watching the Rush In Rio DVD this week, so I was interested in getting some of Peart's books too.. I am especially interested to read about how he dealt with the death of his wife and daughter within a year of each other, but is that a bit voyeuristic of me..? | |
