En Vouge vs, Destiny Child For me I say En vouge their harmornies were tighter and songs better I think these ladies would have been just as big as Destiny Child if not for bad mangement and group infighting, and let's be honest Destiny Child was just a vehicle to launch Beyonce career I think En Vouge were a real group. So which do you perfer the Funky Divas, or the Independent Women.

For me it has to be the Funky Divas ... maybe because of my age. My Lovin (Never Gonna Get It) and songs around that era bring back the happiest of memories for me.
So, En Vogue get my vote | |

En Vogue wins this round
Their 1992 album 'Funky Divas' is an R&B masterpiece. Not a bad song in the bunch. These girls had it all: great lyrics,a wonderful production team, nice harmonies, and kickass grooves.Even though their time at the top was brief, their songs have managed to stand the test of time.In addition, they weren't afraid to diversify their sounnd a little. They recorded a few credible rock tracks: "Free Your Mind" and "Don't Let Go".It's worth noting that EnVogue came out at a time when R&B music was still in a healthy state. Destiny's Child started out with a few really good tracks, but then they began giving us a bunch of annoying, repetitive songs: "Bills,Bills,Bills"..."Say My Name"..."Survivor"....a godawful remake of the 70s soft rock classic "Emotion"...and their latest piece of crap "Soldier".Their output is spotty at best. It's their (creative) misfortune that they came out during the late 90s,at a time when R&B music was entering it's life-support phase.

Dawn rejoined them in Stevie's So What the Fuss video. Now if they could just record a new album. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

I dunno. I love En Vogue, and I used to wear that album out! Even then, I would skip over It Ain't Over Till the Fat Lady Sings and their take on the Beatles' Yesterday. I liked Free Your Mind the first 100,000 times I heard it, then I got over it. But these tracks: Give It Up, Turn It Loose My Lovin' Desire Hooked on Your Love Giving Him Something He Can Feel all good tunes, especially Give It Up, Turn It Loose. They did well on those Mayfield numbers, too. As far as this "vs" thread goes...come on! Everyone in En Vogue can sing. Between all the incarnations of Destiny's Child, there's still only 1/2 a good voice in there.

EN VOGUE ROCK! "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."
