Whats the best James Brown DVD? What do you recommend? I saw some on amazon.com but without any reviews or stars. Is there anything worth buying?

Not specifically a James Brown show or a DVD...
...but The T.A.M.I. Show has been touted as one of his best stage performances. If you can find it.

Would love to find this on DVD...LEGAL!!! There was a time that you could get it here http://www.5minutesonline...mishow.htm but it's listed as OUT OF STOCK. THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. The T.A.M.I. Show has unfortunately never been released on home video (and most current prints don't feature The Beach Boys' performance, which was trimmed due to a legal dispute), though highlights from the movie were combined with excerpts from the pseudo-sequel...

...That Was Rock. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide Now here's the f'd up part. The T.A.M.I. Show runs 123 minutes The Big T.N.T. Show (which you can still get) runs 93 minutes That Was Rock only runs 85-92 minutes (depending on the source). Where's the rest? tA Tribal Disorder
