Good question.Based on solo activity.I guess I would go with Jermaine.
Marlon has an ok voice, but he was trying to hard to dance like Michael.
I only heard one track from Jackie's solo record,so I won't comment.Randy and The Gypsys was actually pretty hot.He had his own New Jack vibe and he wasn't trying to be Michael.Tito is the butt of a lot of lame jokes, but he is a great guitar player.

Jemaine was the most talented Jackson brother after Michael.

Jemaine is a superb soul singer. Sadly underrated and overshadowed by Michael.

Marlon was more of a dancer than singer.

Jackie was a high, airy falsetto singer.

I haven't heard Randy's solo ablum so I won't comment.

I haven't heard Tito sing so I won't comment.

Jermaine. I don't understand why Jermaine doesn't have career now? I mean, Tito is touring, playing casinos. I mean can't Jermaine put out albums or play bass or guitar on tour with somebody like stevie wonder. hmmm Latoya is making records, so why not Jermaine?

Probably Jermaine, but I liked Marlon's dancing----and I never thought he tried to dance like Michael. I thought he had a different style.

Randy and Jackie are BY FAR the best songwriters after michael. all you have to do is see the songs they wrote on destiny, triumph and victory to see it. and i see songwriting as the most talented thing someone can do (in the music business) so i say Randy and Jackie

I haven't heard the voices of half of the Jacksons (so many kids, poor mother!) but what come to mind is Jermaine Jacksons duet with once-brilliant Whitney Houston, If You Say My Eyes Are Beautiful. Gorgeous song!

Randy and Jermaine...

Randy's a talented writer(his solo album was actually got great reviews, but nobody bought it, X'cept me and maybe two other people on the planet), and by all accounts, is one of those musicians that can just pick up any instrument and play it proficiently, and Jermaine is a gifted singer/songwriter/producer/musician...it's a shame the Jackson family is such a Carnival Sideshow right now..... without all the drama, face changes and personal problems, they'd probably be more musically respected....

It'd be great if sommeone could lock those two with MJ in a room, and force 'em all to just concentrate on the music...then you'd probably get an album worth hearing...

I remember he did lots of commercials for a popular car dealership here in Detroit in the 90s. He shoulda been in the studio. Indie or not.

funny, all of the brothers can play instruments and MJ doesn't.

so technically, Jermaine is more talented than MJ.

Playing the drums, yes. A drummer, no.
