I'm going to see The Barkays in concert this evening so I might as well start a thread on one of their songs, "She Talks To Me With Her Body". I love this song, especially the 12 Inch with those drums. They even stole the bomb dropping from The Gap Band's "You Dropped A Bomb On Me". I also love the part in the middle with the woman getting fucked. Any fans of this jam out there?

As usual, the Barkays turned it out last night....even though it was outdoors and sprinkled rain on and off. I had my drunk ass up at the very front next to the barrier in front of the stage.

This makes my fifth time seeing them. Larry Dodson had blonde hair and had on a red satin shirt, red satin pants, and red shoes. He's probably around 60 but he still puts on a hell of a wild show. He snapped his finger and threw fire from his hands several times. Unfortunately, he didn't have the boa constrictor but he did have one of these.....

The only two members left in the group are Larry Dodson and James Alexander. The replacements do a great job in keeping the funk alive though. Larry is still wild as ever. Like Evil White Male says, just because you get older, that doesn't mean shit....keep on slammin'.
