Shalamar two-fers

On a whim, I bought this Shalamar twofer & I love it:

Big Fun/Three For Love

Every song is a pop/funk gem.I'm sure most people are familiar with the hits The Second Time Around, Make That Move, This is For The Lover in You but there's other strong songs like Take Me To The River,Right in The Socket, & Full of Fire. There's other twofers I might get like Friends/Go For it.Any other Shalamar fans here?

Go For It is hands down, their best album possibly because of it's slick and rich production. I just love This is For The Lover In You.

I love their stuff, at least from "Disco Gardens" up through 1983's The Look...

I think "This Is For The Lover In You" is on "Three For Love":

You are so right. I meant that Three For Love was their best album. I haven't listened to them in a while... smile

Yeah It's been awhile for me, too, lol . BTW, does anybody have the "Go For It" album? The only song I've heard from it is "Sweeter As The Days Go By"...
