Has anyone checked out the "Bring On Da Funk" compilations? These CDs are live performances from old school funk artists. These are great. I have volumes 2, 3, and 4.

These weren't recorded back in the day. They were recorded in the mid to late 1990s. They were recorded from various concerts that Tom Joyner put together in different cities. Tom Joyner features a concert from a different old school artist each Friday morning on his radio "Sky Show". These weren't recorded from his "Sky Show", they were recorded from various concerts that were held later that evening in the particular city he was in.
