Can You Woo Woo Woo?

Well, can you? razz Love this Jeffrey Osborne tune. Silly ass lyrics, but it's catchy and a classic.

You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song)

When you want all the warmth that you deserve
And the heat is on your mind
Don't you even think about it
I'll be there just wrapped around you
I can't hold back what I feel inside. Its just a fact

That you should be mine. Anything you want
Youve got to fortify my love, you fortify me,
You should be mine. Anything you want
You've got to fortify my love

And you woo-woo-woo, and you woo-woo-woo
And you woo-woo-woo.
You should be mine, all mine

Any way that your heart has been denied
Ooh, you can come to me
Every time that were together
Just becomes the good thing weve got
Something this good can't be defined. One things for sure

In the height of your worries
Worries runnin too deep for you
When it all becomes too much, too much, too much
I'll pull you through
I can't hold back, what I know inside. Its just a fact

That you should be mine. Anything you want
Youve got to fortify my love, you fortify me,
You should be mine. Anything you want
You've got to fortify my love

And you woo-woo-woo, and you woo-woo-woo
And you woo-woo-woo.
You should be mine, all mine

Nah, I do like the song. I can see where it would get on folks nerves though. I think I gave it a pass mainly cuz I love L.T.D and Jeffery's vocals.

HAHAHHAHAH! Right when I saw the thread, I think of the extended version that I taped back in the day, and background singers..."You should be miiiiinne," and that would go on for couple of minutes intermixed with "Can You Woo Woo Woo." I can still listen to it today, altho that part makes me laugh. I don't why.
"Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

I saw the "Emotional" concert.

During the woo woo song he said "I want to see if anybody can woo woo woo." and he went around the audience letting them sing the hook. Finally, the opening act, the unknown sax player Kenny G. showed how he could woo woo woo too too too.

A true low point for music and for me as a human to have enjoyed it (though I am proud to say that Kenny G. bored me even then).

This song was OK but my fave jam by him was "Stay With Me Tonight". Good hooks, excellent singing and the quick solo by Brian May (Queen) made ths song tight.
