Theres 18 of them.. and thats from a course of 3 albums and B-sides .. Not too bad considering they only have 3 albums out and what.. 10 or 11 songs a piece on each album?

Not that they are even close to Radiohead in my book, but that's the same tired slam that gets used on Radiohead by people who could just as easily say "I don't like that type of music."


That being said, I'm worried. I liked X & Y way too quickly. I'm afraid I may tire of it within a few months. Which is the opposite of their other albums which took months to really grow on me...

anywho.. I just think its easy to sink into X&Y because if your a coldplay fan, getting aquanted with their style is easier to do having two albums out prior to this one.. I think thats the only reason its easy to adjust.. these songs are taking new forms as the days go by for me.

Things That I Dont Understand

I've learned to listen to stuff on my own and stop listening to what other people have to say about most of these artists..

Take for example the fact that this album wasnt leaked till the last week before it was released.. We had people on this org saying it was on winmx, giving hogwash reviews that were so vague anyone could have written it based on the first single.

Then we have people who base their opinion on this group from the singles they release.. Thats a song or two from the entire album. I think just about every song on X&Y is different from another all the way to the very end..

Things I dont Understand is very upbeat song, has the same vibe the whole X&Y album has goin (atmostpheric keys etc).. nice lyrics about things we cant quite digest in life and how things can take form seconds before our eye's.
