OMG Mariah Carey's MTV Movie Awards Performance WOW! Mariah really need to go on a major tour this time around. I love her. WOW what a performance.

She looked fabulous.
Vocally, the performance was average just like all the rest of them. The part where she starts "belting" out the notes cracks me up everytime. It's so dramatic, so fake. That's prolly where Jessica Simpson gets her stage antics from love is a fate resigned memories mar my mind love it is a fate resigned Over futile odds and laughed at by the Gods and now the final frame Love is a losing game | |

And, yeah, why the fuck does it look like she's forcing the notes out now, it used to be so effortless for her. | |

I watch the award show only for the performances and the movie parodies that they do.
The awards themselves suck! Anyway, I hate Mariah. Usually can't stand her, but I thought it was an amazing performance. I give her props. If Mariah could be a normal person instead of the Mariah persona maybe more people would connect with her. I also thought the Foo's rocked!!!! Eminem bores me to tears now. All I hear is from him is the S.O.S. Later Cause tomorrow is taking too long

He had a dog puppet on his hand like Triumph and came up to her while she sat in the audience and said, Lindsay, I've seen all your movies. I'm going to see them again but this time I'll try and stay awake." The audience went oooh and he said "I keeed, I keeed."
Then he said, "You have a history of doing remakes. First you did, Freaky Friday, then you did Herbie Love Bug. What's next? Glitter?" Again the audience cringes. Lindsay is clearly embarassed but laughing a bit. He throws in, "I joke, I joke" Then he says, "Don't worry, I'll make a movie with you. I'll set up the tripod and you can get [something night vision w/green light]..." Then he got up on stage and performed. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off | |
